This Refund Policy governs the conditions under which payments for services provided by our store may be refunded, including the development, customization, implementation, and support of web portals.

All services are provided in digital form and are performed individually according to the client’s requirements. Payment for services indicates acceptance of this Refund Policy.
2. Refund Before Service Begins
If a cancellation request is submitted before work has started, the client is entitled to a full refund of the amount paid.
3. Refund During Service Delivery
If work has already begun, a partial refund may be issued, proportional to the amount of work completed and time spent.
4. Refund After Service Completion
Once the service has been fully completed and the results have been delivered, no refunds will be issued, as the service is considered fully rendered.
5. Exceptions
Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:
• the service outcome complies with the agreed technical requirements;
• the client cancels the service without valid reason;
• delays or issues are caused by the client or third parties.
6. Refund Procedure
To request a refund, the client must contact us and provide order details along with a clear explanation of the reason for the request. All requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
7. Policy Changes
We reserve the right to update or modify this Refund Policy at any time. The updated version becomes effective upon publication.
